I recently stayed at this luxury hotel and I had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk from the Pier and there were several amazing restaurants nearby. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed such as an ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and a dining table. The hotel also provided free toiletries, a washing machine, and cookware/kitchen utensils, which made my stay even more convenient. the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality services.

Excellent base for exploring Hervey Bay. There were lovely staff and location, everything you need for a great stay. Having breakfast with coffee, cereal, tea and milk was a nice bonus. We appreciated our good sized room.

It offers a stunning ocean view and it is close to the beach. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with some facilities like a coffee pod machine and breakfast options available. the staff at reception are friendly and accommodating.

Some appliances in the room like the TV and coffee machine didn't work correctly, which was a shame.

Our weekend getaway was a peaceful and enjoyable experience. The facilities provided were modern with fully equipped kitchens and a sparkling clean pool. The key location close to beautiful beaches made our beach walks a wonderful experience. The included breakfast supplies provided us with fresh bread, milk, and cereal each day. But what really made our stay special was the stunning view of the bay, which we enjoyed from our balcony each morning.

Nothing to complain about at all.

We loved the hotel's location right across the road from the beach, making it easy for us to take nice long walks along the esplanade and watch the whales playing in the bay from our balcony. Additionally, the hotel was handy to some great restaurants and close to the pier, which was convenient for us. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, including our apartment, which was very well equipped, and the parking was hassle-free. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

The unit we stayed in was fantastic value for money and had an amazing view of the bay. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the unit was clean and modern. We loved having a fridge with a cold water dispenser, and the double sinks in the bathroom were a nice touch. It was also great being able to walk to local restaurants and the markets.
